Join us for a multi-level yoga class dedicated to Trail Runners. The practice and control of breath will assist athletes in preparation, calming the mind, and invigorating muscles to enhance performance on the race terrain. The sequence will be dynamic and Jonathan will lead us through balance positions, core strengthening, focusing on stretching and flexibility of leg muscles.
