- A headlamp
- A whistle
- A thermal blanket
- A water reserve of at least 1/2 liter
- A waterproof jacket
- 1 pair of below-the-knee pants**
- An elastic or adhesive bandage
- Food reserve
- Cup (there will be no cups on the course)
- An identification document
- A charged and switched-on mobile phone. Add the safety phone numbers provided by the organization to your contacts. Do not mask your number.
